These terms govern your use of rachniapp.com and all services provided by Rachni ("we", "us"). By using the site or booking a workshop, you agree to these terms.

1. What Rachni offers

Rachni is an online platform where women craft teachers conduct live workshops and courses. Students book and attend workshops via video call and join WhatsApp groups for updates and community.

2. Booking and payment

• Workshop and course prices are listed on each page in Indian Rupees (₹).
• Payment is collected at the time of booking via our payment partners (Cashfree or Razorpay).
• A booking is confirmed only after successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email and WhatsApp message.
• All prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

3. No refunds — digital goods

All workshops and courses on Rachni are digital goods. Once purchased, they are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refund will be issued. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.

4. Workshop delivery

• Workshops are conducted live via video call. The joining details will be shared via WhatsApp or email before the session.
• You are responsible for having a stable internet connection and a device to join the session.
• If a workshop is cancelled by Rachni due to unforeseen circumstances, we will offer you an alternative session or credit toward a future workshop at our discretion.

5. Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact information (name, email, phone number) when booking.
• Behave respectfully in workshops and WhatsApp groups.
• Do not record, redistribute, or resell workshop content without permission.

6. Intellectual property

All workshop content, course materials, website design, and the Rachni brand are owned by Rachni or licensed to us by our teachers. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

7. Teacher content

Teachers are independent partners, not employees of Rachni. The views and techniques shared by teachers are their own. Rachni facilitates the platform but does not guarantee specific outcomes from any workshop.

8. No income guarantees

Rachni teaches crafting skills and provides a platform to sell what you make. We do not promise or guarantee any specific income, earnings, or financial results. Your success depends on your effort, skill, and market conditions.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rachni's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the platform is limited to the amount you paid for the specific workshop or course in question.

10. Account and access

Currently, Rachni does not require student accounts. Bookings are tracked by email and phone number. If we introduce accounts in the future, you will be responsible for keeping your login details secure.

11. Modifications

We may update these terms from time to time. The "last updated" date will change. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
